I have to say that I am a sucker for holiday fabrics. This year was full of cute valentine days designs that I couldn't resist..... I decided to use my fabric to make a fat quarter quilt. My neighbor recomended me to try the 5 & dime pattern. This pattern was quick, easy and fun. It was the easiest quilt to cut (I love when things aren't complicated to cut... I have had a few rough experienced in that department) I had the fabric cut and sewn all in one day. It was incredible!
Here are some of the fabric designs... I know, too cute to pass up!
( I chose brown poka dot for the center piece. I loved how it tied all of the colors together)

Here is the final result. I quilted little hearts into the fabric. I felt it appropriate. I also used the same fabric as the center piece to bind it all together. I love how this quilt turned out! Normally I make the quilts for other people, but I think I am going to have to keep this one for myself....
